Delete your Squiglet account

You can close your Squiglet account and erase the personal data we hold. Do it yourself in the app, or request it here without signing in.

How to delete your account

  1. In the Squiglet app (fastest)

    Open Squiglet → Settings → Your data → Delete account. Type DELETE and confirm. Your account is closed immediately.

  2. If you have uninstalled the app

    Send the form below, or email noreply@squiglet.com from the address on the account. Say that you want the account deleted. We will do it and email you when it is done.

What we delete

When your Squiglet account is deleted we remove:

  • Your name, email address and any other account details
  • Your children's profiles
  • The artwork you uploaded, including original and enhanced images, and its titles, notes and tags
  • Family sharing invitations and links
  • Device and push-notification tokens

This cannot be undone. You can sign up again later with the same email.

What we keep

We keep a limited record that an account was deleted (not your artwork) in security logs, and anything the law requires us to keep, for example payment and order records for print purchases.

You can also delete some data without closing the account: remove individual artworks or children's profiles in the app, or export everything first.

Request deletion by email

Use the email address on your Squiglet account so we can find it. You do not need to sign in.
