Postcard questions
How much is a postcard?
The latest price is in the app when you make the postcard, and it includes posting. There is nothing to add for delivery, anywhere in the world.
How long does it take?
Postcards are printed in batches and then posted, so please allow 3 to 4 weeks. For a birthday, send it well ahead.
Can I see it before I pay?
Yes. The app shows the front with your picture placed as you like, and the back with your message and the address exactly as they will be printed.
Can I write in any language?
For now a postcard can print letters, numbers and everyday punctuation (with accents), but not emoji or other alphabets. Please write the address with English letters and numbers.
Is the message private?
A postcard can be read by anyone who handles it, so keep it friendly. We only use the address to post the card.
